Booking Policy

Call out fees, parking charges, and cancellation fees may apply

Call Out Fees
We work within a catchment area of Sydney’s Central Business District. If you are 30 minutes or more from Sydney CBD (also dependant on day and time), there will be a call out fee to be paid at the time of appointment.
Please don’t hesitate to call us, to check if there is a charge for your suburb if you are unsure.

Parking Fees
Please be specific on where our nurses are able to park ahead of the appointment. Street and lot tickets will be charged back as well as and/or for time lost for finding parking.

Cancellation
If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, will lead to your deposit being forfeited.

Offers
Any offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Referral cards can only be redeemed with the physical copy of the card. Friend must be a first time client. Complimentary drip only given in the same appointment as the referred friend. Offer expires a month after the card was rewarded

Group Bookings

A $50 deposit per + Call out fee {if applicable } is required to secure booking. If a member of the group booking don’t show $50 p/p will be forfeit. Please let us know in advance if there are additional people who will be included in the appointment, so extra time can be allocated to the booking.

IVME Pty Ltd reserve the right to terminate the appointment at any time, especially with inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour to any IVME Pty Ltd staff member.

A client is to fill out and sign a mandatory waiver declaration before commencement of services for each individual’s first appointment. Our nurse will provide this upon arrival to your appointment.

Please make the team aware before your appointment if you have any medical conditions or allergies, as this could affect the appointment going ahead. This is to make sure that this service is safe for you. Please disclose this also in the waiver and to your nurse. If we arrive to your appointment and any contraindications have not been disclosed beforehand, then the deposit will be forfeited.

COVID 19

Please note that we are unable to visit any one who is currently in quarantine or if the below is applicable

  • Been in physical contact with anyone who has been overseas in the past 14 days?
  • Been in physical contact with anyone who is suspected or confirmed COVID-19
  • Been unwell with a fever
  • Been to any of the hotspots in the past 14 days
  • Any acute respiratory infections (e.g shortness of breath, cough or sore throat) with or without a fever.
  • Anyone in the household been unwell or experienced the above symptoms

Anyone who is symptomatic requires a NEGATIVE COVID-19 result before the appointment, with the appropriate date.

If you become symptomatic between booking your appointment and your appointment date, please contact the team asap to reschedule for after you’ve received your Negative COVID-19 test result, as if the nurse arrives and you show symptoms, we reserve the right to terminate the appointment, to keep everyone safe.
